Charles Forlines is an artist in Clallam Bay (www.sekiu.com), near Neah Bay (www.makah.com).
He has studied carving with many native master carvers, and is beginning to come into his own. His most important work is presently on display at the Three Sisters of Clallam Gallery and Healing Center.
Some details can be seen at www.threesistersofclallam.blogspot.com His work is imbued with his own deep spirituality and personal vision, while paying tribute to the Quilleute carvers who taught him the traditional native art.
He sells his work, but he does not usually take commissions. He is guided by his own inner voices.
