I have slept most of the weekend but was able to go to Borders, and got a few books in prep for Wednesday. This am I awoke early and went out to my garden and watered before the heat was to much. I saw my Dad yesterday and truely just took the rest of the weekend and rested. I have a grill basket now and am having grilled veggies now. Tonight I am planning on have a portabello mushrooms with grilled onions. I have learned alot of eating healthy and simply, suddenly I am thinking that I am going to start eating more veggies and write a book for people that have to be on this diet. There is only one out there and it was depressingly complicated.
On Monday I will get a small amount of radiation with iodine. They will on Tuesday be able to see where it goes, to make sure they are missing nothing on Wednesday. So Monday and Tuesday will be the tough days. I really appreciate all the comments and nice gather mails. kinda makes it fun to wake up and see what you all say.
Thank you so much for the prayers, I have alot of wonderful things in my life and have been very lucky. This is the week I am dreading and yet going to be so glad to get thru. I look forward to reading more and just knowing this step is done. I am scared they will find things that we have missed. But at this point I am ready! Scared but not alone. My fears have always been something I prefer to court and find positive in. With that in mind I start this hill and hope that you will all be there at the bottim. Notice please I said hill not mountain. I love the mountains and would prefer not to like hills (hills are the bumps in the road I am encountering nothing more)
See my sense of humor is intact and I am ready (not excited), let us begin the ascent!!! Full speed ahead my friends... God and my family and my friends and my gather family. I love you all!!!
Godspeed to you all and peace

My own mother and grandmother both beat cancer and outlived it by eight and twelve years respectively before dying at ages 80 and 92. You can do it!
We were told that the Lord promises us only healing in Heaven. In the meantime, our Faith is supposed to grow stronger by our suffering.
I don't know about you, but I'd prefer another means for growth! ;)
I pray for your healing but more important, that what you suffer on Earth is GREATLY rewarded in Heaven and that you have the strength and faith to endure.
You can do it!
You are in my thoughts and prayers.
