I'm married and have no social life (other than online), so here I am on a Saturday night at just after midnight finally exploring Gather after being a member here a year-and-a-half and not doing anything. I'd like to hit 3,000 points... as quickly and with as little effort as possible (of course).
So I'm wondering... does it make any difference when you post?
I'm thinking that on the one hand, there are fewer people on at, say, the wee small hours of Sunday morning, so you may not have as many people on to comment. On the other hand, you'll probably stay on the Recent Articles block longer, too.
So does it matter?
Along the same lines, is there any value to spacing out your posts? Or should you just flood them? Say, for example, I have half a dozen jokes or poems or something. Should I post them all at once? Or save them as drafts and then publish one a day or something?
