My mom is ill this evening so I am doing to typing tonight.  She is telling me what to type.  I read all your comments and she was so amazed.  I have posted her three interviews as she has asked.  I hope I did not screw anything up. 

Today going to work for her was very hard and I am actually encouraging her to stay home tomorrow.  We went to the garden and she sat as we watered the plants.  We have 8 Plots in a garden that are 20 by 30 feet each.  We are letting two of the plots just sit this year.  Just not enough time in the day to take care of them. 

I will begin by typing what she is saying...First slow down mom I can't type fast.

She wanted to check in and tell you all thank you for all the kind words.  She is happy that you are all praying.  Today the priest called and said he would be more than happy to go with her when they do the treatment.  She has decided to stay in our screen house/gazebo, during the 5 days she cannot be with us.  That way she can still be home.  Oh don't feel to bad for her.  It has electric, cable tv, and she will be comfortable, even internet.   We are going to work on it tomorrow and make sure it is spotless and ready for her when she comes home.  If I had my way though I would send her to a hotel so she could relax and not worry about us.  But money and her will to be with us and not be away dictates differently.

I have gotten alot of phone numbers from her in the event something happens and will be making sure to call in the event we need anything.  Please rest assured I will contact everyone and also post here.  She is hoping that she will feel better tomorrow, and is asleep now.  Ha Ha

I would like to thank you all for being there for her and bringing out the best for my mom!

You are doing a wonderful thing Jonathan. Don't worry about her being there instead of a hotel, because she would only be worried more away from you. While my mother underwent her treatments, I used to type her messages to her friends also. Know that you are doing a wonderful thing for many people, including your mom. I am sure knowing you are nearby is the best medicine in the world though. Even if she isn't awake, it is the knowing you are there that matters. Take Care of each other, and God Bless you all.

I'm sure you know what a blessing your mom has been to all of us here on Gather. I am amazed at her courage and strength. I'm sure she would much rather be nearby her kids than in the fanciest hotel.

I hope she does stay home from work. She needs to conserve her strength. I can hardly understand how she has been able to work all this time.

I will continue to keep your family in my prayers.

Jonathan, your mother will be much more content being near her children then she would be in any hotel. She loves all of you so much. I'm so glad that she is going to go with her priest to her treatments. I also hope that she will be persuaded to stay home from work for a couple of days so that she might rest and gain more strength. You've done a wonderful job of getting your mother's messages to us. I'm asking God to hold you and your brother and sister next to His heart.

Kathline, my dear, you're doing absolutely right by asking for help from those who love you. Rest well and know that you are loved. ((XO))

Thank you so much for sharing this with us, Johnathan. I am praying for your mom and your entire family. It is wonderful that you are so helpful and can express such genuine care for your mom. I can't blame her for wanting to stay as close as she is able to. I believe it will actually serve to set her mind more at ease than if she was at a hotel.
