My daughter now has the dog we promised her for her 10th birthday, and Maggie is a very sweet rescue dog. Maggie was a very abused dog, but seems to be healing just fine. Maggie is beginning to come out of her shell a little.
Now, Angela is thinking big. She is dressing up poor Maggie and taking all kinds of photos of her. The clothes she is putting on Maggie aren't doggy clothes, but Build-A-Bear, doll, or her own clothes.
I didn't realize exactly how many pictures of Maggie Angela took until I looked at my digital camera (Angela has a Poloroid digital but it takes lousey pictures).
Angela took over 2 dozen pictures. She even put a white sheet on the chair to use as a backdrop.
Angela even put her pink hoodie jacket on Maggie.
I don't really think Maggie is enjoying this experience that much. She doesn't complain though.
Angela stuck Maggie in her baby doll cradle even.
Now, when I asked Angela about all of these pictures, she said that she thought she could get 12 different pictures and make a calander. Angela said there were many rescue dogs that hadn't been adopted and a Maggie calander would make lots and lots of money (yes, I couldn't help but laugh also). My only response was "OH."
Angela took all 4 of these pictures, along with a handful of others. She is diligently working on her calander, and I'm not discouraging her any. I think this is good for her (maybe not for Maggie though). Her photo taking skills are improving greatly also.
So, if you know anyone that needs photos of their pet...my 10 yr. old is available...lol
