After faithfully watching the Sopranos for the last 7 years and suffering the self indulgent 12 - 18 month hiatus' that became the norm for the David Chase series between seasons, I am so freikin pissed off right now it is almost beyond words. The final episode was the biggest rip off it has ever been my misfortune to observe on television (cable or broadcast). I am no longer a subscriber to HBO and encourage anyone who was duped into the hype surrounding this "finale" to do the same. At the risk of spoiling it for anyone who hasn't seen it yet. Don't worry ytou missed nothing. I mean literally nothing. Nothing happened. Nothing was resolved. we were teased ans ultimately left holding the bag. Who else thought this was a cop out? Did anyone think this was a good end?

All that build up made the let down even bigger. I thought Meadow was going to start to open the door and then see her family being murdered by the guy who looked suspicious going into the men's room.
My first urge was to cancel hbo. But I live with my son who loves Entourage.
Im still pissed off about Six Feet Under, (my all time favorite show) being cancelled, but at least they sent that one off right.
So take a deep breath, try to let go of the anger and relax, and find something else to love......t
I don't care for shows that have finale episodes without tying up loose ends - when Queer as Folk ended, it was packaged nicely, Will & Grace was nicely ended as well.
The one that still bites my butt is Alien Nation. That one was cancelled at the end of a season and no questions were answered until a movie was done. I've heard recently that CBS cancelled "The Class" and I'm wondering what happened with their cliff hangers!
I think I'll take to reading more. :)
