I did a search on my name.

Last night, I could not sleep, and had a boring night.

When that happens, I do boring things. 

So I went back online.  

I looked up my name on Google and Yahoo last night.

My name, George Vreeland Hill got the following: 

Yahoo showed 192,000 search results.

Google showed 135,000 results.

Now I am into advertising, and I love acting and writing. 

Should I take advantage of this?

George, did you also notice the ad for you on e-bay lol, a lot of those entries with take one part of your name and claim an entry. I would like to know how you could use this to your advantage for self promotion. Please let the rest of us know.

Wow, I only have a few when I do my name!

I did find an achived post from 1995. So I guess that if anyone questions how long I have been on the internet, I have documentaion to prove that I have been on at least that long:)

Don't feel too good George, I did a search on Carlos Diaz. Nearly 10 million hits, and this is the first day I have been on line since I signed up for Gather. (truck driving)

Larry that site says NO ONE HAS MY LAST NAME. Not even me, and I know at least one person over the age of 20 who has the same first, middle and last name as me. And I have a brother, and a male cousin, as well.

So, I googled my full name, and came up with 650 thousand hits. 22 of the first 30 were me, and two were from Gather where I had published my Uncle's full name. Walter Leuba. I think I am going to change my Gather Profile to include my full surname. Hardly worth keeping it secret if its all over the internet.

I did a search years ago cause I had a stalker and was told by his counselor that I better be careful cause he found that I was living in South Carolina. Well...there I was in the carolinas...only it was me but an 80 yr old woman....poor lady I am sure he tried to contact her :(

The website Larry referred above says:
There are 0 people in the U.S. with the first name Ellynn.
I know I am the only person I know with that first name, but I know I've seen at least a few on facebook and myspace.
