Sugar is so evil, once you have a little, it just triggers all sorts of cravings. I had some berry sorbet at work, next thing I knew, I was dunking hot chocolate and eating fruit jello candy and still craving more.
Good thing I started jogging recently, I'm still at the 20-minute-mile level, but as long as I get moving, it's better than not doing anything at all.

- Coffee
- Salmon steak w/creaming dressing, salad, potato salad
- Navel orange
- 1/2 a banana
- Seafood udon noodles
