I am currently avoiding the laundry. I am not a fan. I have been sitting here contemplating why we need clean clothes. Seriously, I could probably throw out all the girls' dirty clothes from this week and they wouldn't even notice, they have tooooooo many clothes. I have been wanting to go through them and sort for a few months now, but simply haven't gotten around to it. I heard a pastor talk once about how we really only need 2 or 3 sets of clothes to live. We would be cutting down on our "things" that get in the way of our relationship with God. That the more "things" we acquire, the harder it is to focus on God instead of focusing on taking care of our "things". At this moment I completely agree. I am going to be spending the next several hours washing, drying, folding, sorting, and putting away clothes for five people. If we only had 2-3 sets of clothes.....I could be done in two hours. Sounds good to me. Well, I guess, that's enough with the babble, gotta run and do my laundry. BLAH!!!
