Fanpop - A Pretty fun Place to Hang Out

I recently got a heads-up about a website still in Beta called Fanpop. I went and joined just to humor the friend that told me about it, and was quickly addicted. It is not just another place to post articles. It doesn't offer to pay anything either (yet) but what it does do is let you creat fun little surveys about the things you are interested in, create fan groups on all manner of things, and post links to your articles.

For instance, if you are a fan of Christopher Moore, you can go join my group there and post links to any book reviews you have on his stuff, take the survey on your fave book, or make your own fun little silly survey. They also allow you to pst pictures without the hassle of having to resize them.

Since there is no monetary incentive, I am not making a thing for posting this, I just wanted to let some folks here know about the place. Especially if you also write on AC, that whole link promotion think can be a gold mine to you.
