Off to Camp

I'm heading off to a YL camp, Rockbridge, in Goshen, VA on Sunday morning.  It's definitely one of my favorite places in the world and I've spent some time there every year.  They have all sorts of things to do like the ropes course, mountain bikes, huge pool and hot tub, and their lake has a zip line, blob and slides.  A few years ago, they had to purge their lake of a lot of snakes for the campers.  I remember talking to one of the property staff guys, and he killed most of the snakes, but kept a few.  He told me had to learn how to find reptile supplies once it became his pet.  I thought he was crazy for wanting a snake as a pet.  I ended up asking him how he killed the snakes, and he went on to tell me about his collection of pirate guns.  Come to think of it, that dude was crazy.  I don't think he works there anymore.
