HOLLYWOOD -- Back in September, a poised Bindi Irwin honored her father in front of the world during his funeral.Nine months later, life is slowly getting back to normal for young Bindi and her family. She's living her life just like her dad.  In fact, Bindi will be helping everyone learn to love animals, carrying on her father's conservationist crusade with her new show "Bindi: The Jungle Girl," which airs on Discovery Kids.Her little brother will also join Bindi in an upcoming special, "My Daddy the Croc Hunter" (airing on Animal Planet) which celebrates Steve's memory – and of course, the animals.

That little girl is awesome !!!

She is going to be just like Steve was. Steve had a life just as Bindi did, he was the child of a jungle person and was raised doing what he did best as well.

Look for Bindi in coming years as she will grow up in front of our eyes doing the work that Steve didn't get to complete.

I think that Bindi will do a great job with the show. I like the idea that the show is being hosted by a child-it has great kid appeal!

I just love her. Our entire family always watched Steve and it's so inspiring to see Bindi carrying on his legacy. She's a pretty strong little lady.

I saw the interview aired yesterday during the Today show. She is an incredible little girl. So poised and cute and very natural in front of the camera......

We always watch Animal Planet....so I am sure we'll catch Bindi....she looks and sounds like a little Croc Hunter!

This is good news. I loved his show and he seemed such a good person, a unique person. His death was a great loss. His daughter seems to be alot like him, it will be great to watch her grow up and see what she becomes.

Thanks for the update. I wish her nothing but the best. Her father was such a wonderful, free spirit who was committed to protecting the animals and their environment. I hope she keeps up the family tradition

I bet her show will be really popular with kids. Her father's show was, but having someone their age as the host will be a real attraction for lots of kids.
