The shower walls, OMG I wondered if I was the only one thinking that! That is so disgusting!

We have a local guy who sells cars Mark Jacobson Toyota! OMG his commercials have got to be the most annoying and his advertising budget must be enormous! His commercials run back to back and seem to be on every channel and every show! He even has his own bobble head doll - all you have to is test drive one of his cars to get one FREE! Wow!

moggy, i used to like the cavemen too but enuff is enuff. as far as the maxi pad one, this chick is sitting with her friends when the tower starts shooting water. not only does she catch the water in the maxi pad from 500ft away but she makes it to the hole and plugs it up. we also have a local car dealer whose commercials run all friggin day. their catchphrase is, "why arent you here yet?!" i always answer, "cuz youve worked my nerves enuff already."

Yea, they are kinda wearing out the cavemen. Hey how about the new Dairy Queen one? The one where they guy is the bowl shaped cone and the woman is the soft serve ice cream. Its kinda kinky, they talk about pouring chocolate sauce all over themselves and the one has a whipped cream bedroom scene?

That maxipad one sounds really bad! Glad I've missed it so far!

mike, that freakin' burger king head scares the hell out of me. but its mainly the older commercials cuz he seems to be more active these days. in the older ones, it would be real quiet and people would turn around and his big ass head would be there. just standing there with that dumb ass grin. i would freak if it happened to me.

i havent seen the dairy queen one. i dont think we even have any dairy queens in this area any more.

moggy, could you imagine walking thru the park with hunger pains and you look around and he comes from behind a tree?! i know im taking it too seriously but he really, really freaks me out! now i know what people who are afraid of clowns go through.

Lori, look at the tv listings at what passes off as entertainment nowadays. They will come up with endless episodes of mindless drivel for us to watch. At least we have quality commercials to break up the monotony.

The Zurich commercial is still the one I hate most with the people walking on artificial limbs that look like stilts because Zurich Insurance changed their lives for the better after some hypothetical catastrophe.

You know Sonia, when I was in college taking Commercial Art classes, they taught us that the worst thing you can do when writing an advertisement was to insult people's intelligence. I guess they don't teach that class anymore.

moggy, ive seen that one. i thought the different colored feet were cute. speaking of rabbits, another one that irritates me is for cadbury, i think. the one with the howling rabbit? or maybe its yodeling. in either case, it irks me. as soon as i see i turn the channel.

sonia, the geico commercials are getting dumb but a tv show would be even worse.
I'd better not see that commercial being made into a TV show or I am dropping them as my insurance provider. Right now they have my home and autos and I have used them for 20 years. Have considered dropping them just for the commercials, but dare they make a show...Curtains!

gee, sue. i didnt know that company has been around for all that time. i wonder why theyve just started adWORSEtising. or have i just missed the ads all these years?
They used to be such a good company because the rates truly were discounted if you had a good driving record. Now they're the same creeps as all the others and worse. No, they didn't advertise before a couple of years ago and that is what helped keep the rates low. Not exactly sure when they started the ads but they are certainly making up for lost time and I am sick of it.
Keep in mind, next season the cavemen get their own show on tv....rofl

OMG if I don't get the "idk my bff, jill" commercial out of my head I'm going to scream. I absolutely hate that.

And I HATE "Can you hear me now?"..."Goooood." Annoying.

My absolute favorite one was the Sprint commercial that advertised theft deterrent on their phones. "Go ahead, try to take my wallet", then he'd whip the phone at the other dude. Oh man, that had me in stitches.

Ooops. Worst commercial. Dang it, I always forget the rules.

My fave - The VW german engerinerring one. The German doctor with the assitant and the pumk kid with his supped up auto. "time to unpimp the auto!" LMAO We just dropped it like it's hot!
