Finally! The Long Awaited Winner of the "How I Became A Rockstar" Contest Is Announced!

Hi Everyone,   

Please forgive me for the delay of this to be announced, but I have been away in the UK touring for a while and sometimes the schedule has not allowed easy access to communication, nor has time allowed it! Thank you to all those who contributed their stories, I had a wonderful time reading your responses but a terrible time picking out a winner.  You are all ROCK STARS! There were 5 finalists chosen and they were:

They are all worthy of winning, but I can only award one winner. So the winner of the MiG signed Gibson/Epiphone acoustic guitar is Samuel A. (Samuelarnett.gather.com) for his story about his ROCK STAR MOM. His story moved me about his appreciation and love for his mother. So many mothers sacrifice so much for their children, and through unspeakable odds are able to survive and conquer the obstacles laid before them. It is not an uncommon story, but one that deserves to be told, and now rewarded. My mother and my wife's mother went through similar such stories to bring us up, and this award is to honour not only Samuel Arnett's mother  but to all Mums (Moms!) out there.
