It seems that most children's activities become less about fun once adults become involved. Watching children play, it seems that they can play most games with a minimum of rules, until mom and dad get involved. 'member when you could do that?

Yep. Nowaday even most schools have banned the games we played as kids...kickball, dodgeball, tag etc.. for fear of lawsuits. Kids need an opportunity to be KIDS. No everything is monitored, regulated and "safe". I remember climbing to the tops of trees, hanging upside down from the monkey bars, and even playing on the railroad tracks. God forbid a kid should be allowed to explore anymore.
