sounds like depression or could be manic depression. (also known as bipolar) the episodes swing back and forth. Hence the term Bipolar.
You should think of talking to someone. Maybe some meds. available. They are helpful you know.

We women have that problem now and then. I think it is associated with the hormonal balance and that is not easy to figure out. When you are feeling like this sit down and write out all the good things in your life. Do this first and then write down the things you think are not good. The good almost always outweighs the bad.

I think you are down because you are going to miss your friend. That's understandable if she has been your source of support. I know you will miss her, and I assume that you will be able to call her when necessary, but I also think that this is a good time for you to learn to seek God more to fulfil your emotional needs. I'm saying this because I've had problems with codependence before, and I hated the feeling of loneliness whenever I couldn't reach whoever the friend was at the time. Yet, God was there the whole time and I didn't ask Him for comfort. Yes, having someone physically there with you is necessary sometimes, but we have to strengthen our relationship with God so if that friend is not available, you will already know how to look for Him for whatever you need and feel His presence when He is with you.

TAra thank you....I am glad I have such a wonderful friend to, she's AWESOME!, an I did sleep a little better, but not to much.
Lora I will be looking into all this....an talking with someone, I just cant stand it anymore its hard....an when everyone around me is indenial about it...I mean several people say it sounds like depression, but I need to go talk to my doctor.
Audrey yah your right...ill have to remember that.
An Latasha thank you....it is nice to have good friends to count on. you know your right sometimes I dont reach straight out for God, but then after a while I break down an I cry out to Jesus. an i seem to be breaking down a lot more than usual....today my friends have been very worried for me. an i still do seem a little down.
But all these comments are so uplifting. Thank you.
