Dutch Apple Cake

2 c. flour

1 tsp. soda

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. vanilla

2 eggs

1 c. salad oil

1 1/2 c. sugar

4 med. apple, finely chopped

1 c. walnuts

Mix together and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Grees and flour bundt pan.

My grandmother used to make this cake but she cooked it in a regular cake pan rather than a bundt pan. It became a family favorite in the fall when her apples were ripe.
