5 More Things About Me...Tagged Again

no more of this positive crap

twinky Thursday is OVER..

1. I used to pick up the country's best known female serial killer and give her a ride to the nearby town.

2. I have ridden with NASCAR great (long deceased), Fireball Roberts who had the misfortune once to say near an open mike that all stock car racing was, "to stand on it and turn left"

3. in 1973 I was made the only non-veteran member of the Daytona Beach Community College Vets club because these guys who mostly thought comfort fell out of the sky on big blades could not keep a campfire going.

4. I have eaten Armadillo, Possum, and palm tree at the same meal, ( the possum sucked... the other two were good!).

5. even though it had been a awful time since I had done anything like that three years ago I was the 'star (meaning I was the 'inspector' and had to do all the damn lines) of a mystery dinner theatre fundraiser.

You've got quite a story in number 1. I enjoyed your list. Would you consider submitting it to a new group I created today, Five Positive Things. The idea is that all of these articles would be gathered together so we can learn about one another.

all True... #1 was Aileen Wournos and we were on a 'hiya' basis... ahe once asked me if I wanted to 'party' thank gohd I begged off claiming I had to go to work when I didn't.

So, praytell why would you even WANT to eat Armadillo, Possum and Palm Tree, let alone at the same meal. Was there nothing else to fall back on like a nice salad or something? LOL
