Mystery Photo Challenge n.54 (ROSA see yah has won this intense round with "Octopus head...Excellent, Fantastic..!)

What a battle last night it was soo exciting to see all the interesting and funny guesses you all gave.

 

I took this photo while on vacation in Sicily.

My mom, knowing how I enjoy feasting on anything that comes from the ocean always is prepared to welcome me first with a enormous kiss and hug and then with my favorite eat's which I share with you now.

Preparation:

After boiling the molusk cut it up in small pieces and add :

 

Extra virgin olive oil

Fresh minced Garlic

Salt and pepper to taste

Vine vinegar

A few mint leaves

Parsley.

 

Buon Appetito...!
