Five Positive Things about Me: Tagged by Tonia G. and Ruthe M.

It's been a while since I was tagged by my wonderful friends Tonia G. and Ruthe M. I'm finally able to start catching up, so here goes!

1) If you're family, I'll make you custard or chicken soup when you're sick. I'll take good care of your 'til you're all better.

2) If you're a neighbor or friend, I'll deluge you in free veggies all season, for the pure pleasure of giving. And if you ask me to stop, I will not thrust the zucchini in your unlocked car window, or do a squash drop off on your front porch.

3) If you're a dog, cat, or horse, (or any other animal), I'll treat you with love and scratch your ears for as long as you want. And if you pass away, you will probably become one of the stars of my books so we can have many future visits.

4) If you suffer a loss, my heart will break for you and I'll be there to listen until you're spent. We will talk about how it hurts so bad to lose a loved one, and picture our beloved folks in Heaven together, imagining them having much more fun than us. ;o)

5) I have a real soft spot for senior citizens who love my books. If you fall for Gus LeGarde (in my LeGarde Mysteries, www. legardemysteries.com), I will feel so validated and honored that I'll usually end up giving you all my books far in advance of publication, and thanking you for being there to encourage me in the acknowledgements. (For example, thanks Eva Douglas,  Don Harman, Jane Soan and Mina Sniderhahn!)
