Okay, I had a bunch of crushed pineapple to get rid of, but I wasn’t in the mood to make a huge dinner. I swore I would never eat this kind of pizza but it wasn’t too bad. Matt really likes it, and you know I have to make what he likes ONCE in a while! He also added pepperoni to his half, but I don’t think that is what most folks do.
1 pizza dough (I used a frozen)
pizza sauce
onion powder
1 cup smoked ham, sliced
1 cup crushed pineapple, well drained
8 oz provolone cheese sliced
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
cornmeal
olive oil
Preheat oven to 500°F.
Spread olive oil in a cast iron skillet or on a pizza pan. Sprinkle with cornmeal. Spread dough in pan and up the sides a bit.
Spread sauce over crust. Sprinkle with onion powder. Top with ham, pineapple, garlic and the provolone.
Bake for about 15 minutes or til crust is nice and golden brown.

Exactly, Fran!
I grew up with Lawrence Welk, Rob. "A one and a two!" And geez, for a whole $2 why wouldn't I deliver to New Yawk????
Kath, you could always do halfsies- put what you like on your half.
Thanks for commenting, Sonia.
