For the last couple of years, Matt and I have been discussing the installation of a new patio. The slab of concrete we had just wasn’t cutting it when it came to entertaining, or just relaxing out back.
Neither one of us likes wooden decks, so the idea of pavers seemed perfect and was very natural looking.
After it was all said and done, we were glad that we didn’t try to tackle this job on our own! It’s a lot of work best left to the professionals!
A couple before photos. Boring!!!!!!!!

A work in progress viewed from the inside:

A little more........
Almost done:

Finally completed. Now we are just waiting for the ground cover to grow around the perimeter and fill everything in nicely:

Thanks, Nana. Plenty of room for bbq and beverages. And a nice fire too.
I know you are going to enjoy it for years to come!
Was it extremely expensive?
As if, Amanda! I am laid up for three days just planting flowers!
Marsha, we have a nice oak branch that goes over the top of it. We are going to get some hanging lanterns. Our backyard lighting is too bright for evening relaxation.
Hmm, Rob, first we will need to start with your eating habits.......
YW, Lar.
And we were just outside adding more stuff to the perimeter so I can update when the ground cover grows a little more.
Vicky, hopefully on one of those shows where you sell your house for lots of money ;)
