Paris Hilton Only Need to Serve Half of her...

So I just read that Paris Hilton will only have to serve half of her jail time for good behavior. What the hell kind of bullshit is that? I thought good behavior and shorten jail time applies during when you are actually in jail? If it was a normal citizen like us, the judge etc wouldn't even know when we are on good behavior, of course then you're rich and famous that a different story.

Yesterday, it was said that she probably only serve a few hours due to the over population in the jail. Today, they says it will at least be a minimal of 23 days, probaby because they got too much complaint and outcry from the citizen for the unfairness of it.

They need to send her to actual jail, and make her live like a real inmate for the full sentence!

The law has always been for sale to the highest bidder, no more so than in today's legal system. Celebrities, Musicians and rich businessmen are treated differently than ordinary American citizens. If you are rich and are convicted, you are still treated differently than an ordinary convicted laymen. Take for instance, the current situation with Paris Hilton. She was supposed to sever 45 days but that was reduce to 21 days simply over the fact that she should up to court. Then the days she will serve will be under different conditions that again the ordinary citizen would have to serve if they were incarcerated for the same offense. So yes the law is for sale in America. I just hope if any one of us is unfortunate and unlucky enough to have dealings with American Law we have enough money in the back to afford justice.
