Over Mother’s Day weekend, we had grilled pineapple for dinner one night. It got me thinking about other fruits that we have grilled over the years. There isn’t much that cannot be improved by grilling.
I have amassed a few of my particular favorite fruits to grill, but you can use just about anything! Bananas, plums and peaches come to mind readily. But how about a fruit kebob with all your favorites on a skewer and carmelized on the grill?
