It's Mother's day, I'll be taking my parents to a new vegetarian restaurant. The food is not necessarily low-carb, but it's so flavorful and healthy that I get full quickly so it won't sabotage my eating plan. They even have a tofu cheesecake that I can't wait to try.
I've managed to drop a few in the past few weeks, and am now at 147. What may have helped is I've dropped those sugar-free candies and diet soda. I now eat less starch for dinner, and that helps curb carb-induced cravings later on in the night. I also just go to bed when craving late-night munchies.
