Hi all. I went back to the doctor today!!!!! This will serve as my weekly weight loss update, as I am only measuring and weighing once per week. Watching the scales fluctuate every day only serves to drive me bonkers! LOL
I feel exceptionally good about my journey this week. I hit great strides in the progress department and am prayerful it will continue. Here's the score:
I lost four pounds this week, so my current weight from last Thursday is 195, so I'm now 65 pounds away from my goal of 131 pounds.
Below is what I lost in inchess per area.....(Hey! Not even I'm brave enough to give you the exact measurements! Maybe someday but not today! LOL)
Neck - .25"
Shoulders - .25"
Chest - 1"
Biceps L - .5" R - .5"
Waist - 1.5"
Forearms L -.25" R - .25"
Hips - 3.25"
Thighs L + 1" R + .5"
Calves L =same R -.5
For a total of: 6.25" lost over all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hoping next week's is just as good! Keep praying for me!
