Much good luck to those who've entered. I will read your articles as soon as I can.
Will be looking forward to the chat on Wednesday, MiG, if my project is completed by then.
What did you "do" during "Seven Seas of Rhye"? Heehee
Thank you. Unfortunately I will be en route to an event that I have to attend for work.. wish you were touring here..... but will there be a way to listen to the discussion later on?
questions --where does all the creativity come from-- where does the music, the lyrics come from? what is it that drives it ? Is there something you wish you could do but can't? How many instruments do you play? Have you done one of those "playing every single instrument" recordings?
When are you coming to the US?
Stevie
my questions for you mig are,
what kind of legacy do you want to leave behind when you leave this earth?
and
where do you go mentally and emotionally when you are singing? (i notice you drift somewhere)
and
where do you get your strength from, when things are not going as you hoped?
and lastly,
who inspires YOU?
thanks!
Alrighty, question time:
1) You sometimes call touring the globe "world domination" in a few of your interviews. What does the phrase "world domination" mean to you in a personal sense, and why?
2) In writing a song, do the lyrics or the melody come to you first? Do you find any aspect of songwriting especially cumbersome?
3) Would you prefer playing to big arenas or smaller clubs?
AND...
4) How often do you Google "MiG Ayesa"? :D
Waiting for the real chat to start, Lizzie ;)
Which leads me to another question...I have heard mention of The MiGNition Project. Could you tell us what songs are on that ep and if they will be made public?
Hey MiG!
Okay, for the questions:
1) When are you coming to Seattle? *Just HAD to get that one in there!* Haha!!
2) When will the songs that didn't make it on your debut album be available for download (Day After Day, Wake Me Up When September Ends, Have You Ever Seen The Rain & Someone Saved My Life Tonight) and what was that you said in a MySpace bulletin about "Ordinary Man" possibly being a BONUS on the CD??? Did you mean as a download since the CD is already out?
3) Would you ever consider playing Galileo in a movie version of WWRY? And, if so, I need to get Brian May's phone number on my speed dial!!! Haha!!
Thanks for doing this Live Chat, MiG, we love you to bits!!
Sophia
xoxo
1. I read in an article (long, long time ago...in a galaxy far, far away - sorry, I'm digressing!) about a Salvation Army Benefit you did, and in the article you talked about stuttering as a child. I hope I'm remembering this right, because I could not find it again to re-check my memory. Anyhoo, I was wondering how you overcame it, or if you still "work" on it. I was, I guess I still am - because I have to work on it, a stutterer. I found that getting into theater helped me tremoundously as a child.
2. How do I get my 9 year old to button up his shirts? (He tells me, well MiG doesn't button up his shirts!). Just had to tell you that one!
Thanks for doing a live chat! I'm really looking forward to it.
One question I have for you is -
How do you go about writing a song?
I have something else to ask you. You can sing all types of music and sound amazing. And many people have opinions about what you should sing. I want to know what kind of music YOU want to sing. If you could include any type and combination of originals on your next CD, what would they be like, and what would the songs be about?
Here are mine:
Question 1: What has your Decca label been doing to promote you in the US? I have seen a lot of chatter on all your fan sites about 'why isn't MiG on Ellen or The View or Live with Regis & Kelly or any of the late night shows?' I think it's terrific that you were interviewed on Reality Remix with Kennedy, but can we look forward to seeing you promoting your CD on TV talk shows in the future? And, is there anything we can do, as fans, to request your appearance on certain shows?
Question 2: The Hard Rock tour in the US was great. Any plans of another similar tour in the US upon your return, following the Thriller Live tour in Great Britain?
Question 3: Why did the release date of your CD keep getting pushed back, so many times?
Question 4: Dave Navarro criticized you on Rock Star: INXS, for your musical theater background. However, the lead singer for Dave's own band, The Panic Channel, is Steve Isaacs, the former star of the touring production of "Tommy". Thoughts?

- I love walking my dog or sitting in my patio when I need to unwind, or if I need to think about something, do you have a place you go or something you do, to unwind, or to when you need to think?
- Ive read personal fitness is something you are into, how often do you exercise and what type of exercise do you do?
- Now that you live in Los Angeles, what are some of the things that you miss the most about London, and or Australia? Do you often get 'homesick'?
- What do you enjoy doing when you are not 'working'?
- If you weren't able to pursue singing, acting, what other field do you think you'd be interested in?
- What embarasses you? Your most embarassing moment?
and career wise,
- Is going back to theatre, whether West End or maybe Broadway, a possibility you keep open?
- When it comes to the material you have been writing for future albums, how would you best describe the genre it falls into?
- Is there any career decision that you have made in the past 2 years that you feel was possibly a mistake?
- Of all the people you have met since Rockstar, is there any one person who has impacted your life substantially? Who?
and one more,
- Do you ever go back and read the comments that are left after you blog on myspace?
Thanks MiG!!! =)

''CONGRATULATIONS...'' may God bless your voice evermore.....
I'm so excited about your live chat! I hope I won't have to wrestle the computer away from my kids.
My questions are:
Are there any questions that you get really tired of being asked and answering?
You have collaborated with some amazing people writing songs and performing with remendous results. If you had a wish list, who would be at the top of the list to write a song with.
I am a new fan having just discovered your music; I really like what you did with the classic songs on your CD. The originals however are my favorites. You seem to have an Adult Contemporary Rock feeling to your music. Over the past few weeks since your CD release I have watched a lot of your performance videos and visited many of your "fan" sites. Each fan site has a different way of perceiving you so it makes me wonder when you look in the mirror, pick up a pen or sit in front of your keyboard how do you see yourself and what do you hear in your music? One more question, what type of music would you ideally like to include on your next CD?
What does your passport picture look like?! (LOL)
What is the worst practical joke played on you and did you get your "revenge" on that person?
Do you have a good sense of direction or do you get lost easily?
Hope you have time to answer all the questions in only an hour.
Could you estimate about how many songs you have written so far and have you recorded most of them for yourself? Do you create any of them on the computer?
And.... you once mentioned something about running out of ideas for lyrics. Would you like some help on writing new lyrics? Personally I think you are doing great! There's a lot of deep feeling, passion and thoughtfulness in the lyrics I've heard.
Thank you so much, MIG, for taking the time to write your blogs, your music, and to do this Live Chat for everyone. I hope you enjoy it.
I hear your tour is going well! The UK fans are loving that you're back on stage and 'back home' with them (and sounding rediculously American - LOL)!!!
We're all very anxious to hear what might be in the works for tours and CD promotions...on a larger scale, do you have anything in mind when I say 'what's next' or is it still a one day at a time sort of thing? What's the best and the worst about finally getting that CD recorded and released?
Have chorus rehearsal tonight so will miss the chat -- have a great time!!!
You know your fans world-wide love you to death......be safe ~ hope to see you again soon - kick arse on the tour!
hugs

3. How's Simmy? I know she has been a great asset for you and your life. My mom even commented on how impressed she was of her when we met you guys in Atlanta. (Of course, you know how my little girl is impressed with her as well - she sends her love!) Is career on hold, or does she have some things in the works soon?
4. I was really impressed how you declined getting a tatoo when the tat artist came to the rockstar mansion. Was that for religious reasons or a personal reason, or just because you don't want to put any unecessary markings on such a terrific body! :)
Oh....and please come to Florida (Pensacola!) or back to Atlanta...and soon!!! :)
MiG, thank you for doing this Live Chat, you must be on a pretty hectic schedule at the moment, so thank you for stopping by and having a chat with the fans :D *squee*
There's already some fantastic questions up there, but i've got one to add for the moment:
How long does it take you to write a song? I understand every artist has their own way of writing, but what's yours?
Thanks again, MiG. Good luck with your Thriller tour, hopefully catch you somewhere along the line while you are this side of the pond haha. Take care
All the best,
Jennie

your brown boots, are those your 'walking shoes' ?
"I had a pair of walking shoes, and I tied them real tight, set out for the promise land, as the sun was shining bright......"
and I guess I'm also asking, how often are your original songs personal, about you?
Thanks for taking the time to chat with your fans in the middle of your busy UK schedule. Good luck on Thriller Live! by the way. My question for you is do you have a favorite song or songs from the stage productions you've done? I'm sure that the songs from WWRY rate very high in that catagory but, how about the others like Buddy, Rent, Grease? Any favorite songs from those?
Take care
Wanda
Much love ,and God bless
Ok, so questions. A bit of a random collection (lol)
What age did you start writing songs?
What's your favorite musical you've ever seen and what's your favorite show you've been in?
How do you get through tough times?
What's your favorite song that you've written, or favorite one you've sung?
There's so much I want to know, but I'll limit myself so you can hopefully get through them all. Cheers!
Sarah
what was the name of your very first song you wrote/recorded? and what was it about.
thanks so much for doing this! you give so much, i hope someday we can give half as much back to you =)
I thought of one more question for you!
What is the story behind that gray/green scarf of yours? How old is it, who gave it to you, and why is it such a constant presence in your life?
Deanna
