Hey there,
I came home today after working at Ladies Workout Express where I do childcare twice a month. I've been on the computer trying to catch up. From the living room I could hear "change stations" every so often. So, out of curiousity I took a peek. I'm still cracking up because I found the living became a mini version of LWE! hehehehe The girls set up the rocking chair, various pillows, a step stool and a huge white tiger in a circle. On each piece of 'equipment' they were doing a different exercise. Plus they have their radio going. After a bit one of them yells out "change stations" and they proceed to the next machine. I wish I had a video camera. It was too funny for words! Of course I'm glad that they can mimic the good things I'm doing and not just the bad things.
