Nothing beats a blackberry while you're standing in line.
Save any number you'll ever need for an appointment or reservation in your cell phone (Dr, dentist, vet, favorite restaurants, hairdresser). The best time to do this is when they've just called you. Save your mapquest directions in your contacts file if you're going to need them for another trip later on.
Don't cross traffic when running errands - do all the stops on the right side of the route first, then on the return trip do all the stops on the other side.
If you wear nail polish, wear only white. It makes hands look clean and chips don't show, plus you only need one coat and it comes off faster than colored polish.
To save time on meals, make a big pot of oatmeal on the weekend and scoop out a cupful for the microwave every morning. Make a big pot of beans once a week as well to save time on dinner.
Use your bank's online bill pay so routine charges (condo fees, uility bills) are paid automatically.
Swipe the sink with one of those flushable disinfectant wipes a couple times a week to keep the bathroom clean.
Every Spring and Fall, haul out your shoe collection for the season ahead. Take all the good ones to the shop to be polished and repaired. On your way home, donate anything out of style to Goodwill. Keep a neutral shoe sponge in your desk and use it while you're on the phone.
Washing dishes by hand? Put them in the hottest water possible and let them soak while you do something else (clean counters, store food, sweep) and the water cools down until you can stand it. They're practically clean by then.
Never retype - Grab your colleagues' coordinates from their signature line and drag it into Outlook.
And finally, stop posting things in Gather and get back to work!
