Can We Talk About This? Paris Hilton in the Pokey

Apparently, Paris Hilton was late to her own administrative hearing to address the violation of probation.

Her mom (sister?) was in the back of the courtroom hecling the judge and the prosecutors, according to Nancy Grace, a law show on CNN Headline News.

The judge sentenced Paris to serve 45 days of time in a jail/or prison. 

Paris's attorneys will probably appeal to the next higher court, and possibly to the California Supreme Court.

Nancy Grace was showing young kids killed by Drunk Drivers.

Maybe that was what Paris was doing.  

I think her specific violation involved driving without a license because it was suspended due to reckless driving.

I don't think Paris should be able to just skate.

She ultimately may find that her freedoms may be limited in California.  She may need to move to Florida.  But being  Hilton, she may find that living elsewhee would be more comfortable.
