April Photography Challenge Winners!

Howdy ya'll!  Hope the month of April was EGG-STRA special for all you good folks out here in the land of Gather!  I think April was one of the best months ever for our monthly photography challenge.  The participation was OUTSTANDING and membership has reached over 100, mostly by "word of mouth" so keep spreading the spirit and pass our link to all your photography friends! 

Now if you have no idea what I'm talking about, then you probably haven't visited our group.  So here's your chance!  Go on over to www.photochallenge.gather.com and find out what all the hoopla is about and while your there, become a member and join in our monthly photography challenges!  Each month a new theme is chosen and three winners will be announced.  First place winners have the opportunity to be Guest Judge for the following month, which allows them the opportunity to pick the topic and the next three winners. 

 Our rules are simple:  the photography must be original and taken by the person submitting the photo, you must put the current month's theme in the tag line and you must have all your photos submitted by the last day of the current month's challenge.   You can submit as many photos as you wish, but each must be listed in a seperate post.  Also, if your photo is not chosen as a winner for the current month's challenge, your photo will be removed from the group to make room for the next month's challenge photos.  This also gives the judges a more clear view of the photos meant for judging.  The only photos that will remain on the group will be the current and previous winners!

 Now, on to the good stuff!!  The Guest Judge for the month of April was LISA M and the topic she picked was "EGGS".   I absolutely loved viewing the submissions this month, such talented and creative views on this one and it really made for an interesting turnout of photos!!  I know Lisa must have had a HARD time crackin this one, but we all think she did an EGG-cellent job!!
