At the risk of repeating myself - No risk actually, going to repeat myself. Urban Hike your city, town, village, vacation spot, park, schoolyard or what ever, where ever it is. Take your camera, kids, husband, wife, neighbor, some food, some drink and a fresh perspective. Join Urban Hike the World and post the pictures and comments. There are people out there that want to know more about your part of the world. I know I do (wouldn't have created the group if I didn't).
This is Part Two of my own urban hike down Market St in St. Louis, MO in COLOR CIRCLES. Part One was Art Carved in Stone, Urban Hike X. Check it out.
There is a greenway down Market St. There are benches (I'm including a picture of one.) for eating lunch or just people watching, little gardens, sculptures and these funky walls (check out the pictures).
Urban hiking is cheap, exciting, informative and great exercise. Do it!
