Are you sick of Popcorn? Dont plan on cooking on an open fire any time soon.
Pop in your favorite movie and settle down with the indoor, and less messy version of a classic.
You will need:
1 bag of mini marshmallows
2 pouches of reduced fat graham crackers (3 come in a box) broken into small bite size pieces
half a stick of butter
3 regular sized hersheys bars
Prepare a 9x13 pan by coating it with non-stick coating.
On the stove melt the butter, and add the marshamallows. Cook until smooth stirring constantly. Add the graham crackers. Press this mixture into the bottom of the pan. Break up the chocolate into bites size pieces and scatter on the top. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Cut into pieces and enjoy.

Also, I have seen small bear-shaped crackers made from Graham cracker dough; these might work if you don't have the strength or cruelty to crush innocent Graham crackers into bite-sized pieces. And something I have never quite been sure of, since I came to smores long after childhood: is it permissible to use cinnamon Graham crackers? If one puts cinnamon into cocoa, I would think that cinnamon smores would be acceptable.
Now Nipper youcan't have chocolate but I can.Plan on making them tonight.
Oh, and just a thought, when I was a kid we tried smores with the mint flavored chocolate.... yummm!! absolutely to die for if you like mint chocolate :)
