Hi and welcome to Gather. Go to your account and email settings located in the box on your My Gather page. Check the boxes of your choices of what you would like them to notify you about in your email.

TURN THE MAIL OFF!!! haha Yes, what SueB said. You don't have to get all of that mail, just pick what you DO want to be notified about. I remember how exhausting that was when I first became a Gatherer!

Yes. you can click Settings (top right hand of page) and you can choose a digest option, or you can choose various levels of notifications.

The simplest and most complete thing to do is turn off email notices. They're superfluous anyway.

Hi Zel and welcome,

At one time we had a daily digest option but ran in to some technical issues and had to discontinue the option. We are currently rebuilding this feature and expect to reintroduce this in about two weeks. Look fo this setting on your "account settings" page available via the settings link at the top right ov your Gather pages.

The new email will be similar to your "My Gather" page in email form and include recent activity from your connections, subscriptions, and groups. The email will also include your Gather Points updates and new invitations from others to connect and join groups.
