Padme Amidala: (to Bail Organa) So this is how liberty dies... with thunderous applause.

So chilling.

Darth Sidious: You will not stop me! Darth Vader will become more powerful than either of us.
And he would have been if Obi-Wan hadn't chopped off his remaining natural limbs.  With so much of him being machinery, he could never fully master the Force.

Darth Sidious: Once more the Sith will rule the galaxy... and we shall have peace.

Darth Sidious: I can feel your anger... it gives you focus, it makes you stronger!
And Anakin had a lot of anger.  Starting when he had to leave his Mother behind on Tatoonie.

And this almost gives Anakin what he strives for.  If only they had named him Master.

Anakin Skywalker: Something's happening. I'm not the Jedi I should be. I want more and I know I shouldn't.
Pride does that to a person.

Darth Vader: Love won't save you, Padme, only my new powers can do that!
But at what cost?  He gained those powers by razing the Jedi Temple.

Padme Amidala: Come away with me. Help me raise our child. Leave everything behind while you still can!
How differently everything would have been if he had listened to her.

Darth Vader: I don't want to hear anymore about Obi-Wan. The Jedi turned against me! Don't you turn against me!
That's his paranoia speaking.

Darth Vader: I pledge myself to your teachings.
His fall to the Dark Side is complete.

Padme Amidala: I don't know you anymore! Anakin, you're breaking my heart! You're going down a path I can't follow.

Darth Vader: Liar! You're with him! You brought him here to kill me!
Paranoia speaking again.

Darth Vader: You turned her against me!
And again.

Obi-Wan Kenobi: You have allowed this dark lord to twist your mind, until now, until now you have become the very thing you swore to destroy.
Just to try to save his wife.

Darth Vader: I have brought peace, freedom, justice and securty to my new empire!
But at what cost? 

Darth Vader: You underestimate my power!
No, I don't think Obi-Wan did.

Obi-Wan Kenobi: You were the Chosen One! It was said that you would destroy the Sith, not join them! Bring balance to the force, not leave it in darkness!
But in the end, didn't Vader bring balance to the Force by killing the Emperor and saving Luke?

Obi-Wan Kenobi: You were my brother, Anakin. I loved you!

Yoda: If into the security recordings you go, only pain will you find.
How did Yoda already know who slaughtered those at the Temple?

Yoda: Destroy the Sith, we must.
Eventually.

Yoda: Into exile I must go; failed I have.
How did Yoda find Dagobagh?

Master Yoda: Destroy the Sith, we must.
Obi-Wan Kenobi: Send me to kill the Emperor. I will not kill Anakin.
Master Yoda: To fight this Lord Sidious, strong enough you are not.

Could the fate of the Empire have been changed if Yoda went after Anakin, and Obi-Wan challenged the Emperor?

Mace Windu: I sense a great deal of confusion in you, young Skywalker. There's much fear that clouds your judgment.
If they all could sense his fear, why didn't they do something about it?

Mace Windu: I sense a plot to destroy the Jedi. The dark side of the Force surrounds the Chancellor.
The Challencor IS the dark side.

Anakin Skywalker: I pledge myself to you teachings.
Darth Sidious: Good. Good. The Force is strong with you. A powerful Sith you will become. Henceforth you shall be known as Darth... Vader.
Anakin Skywalker: Thank you, my master.
Darth Sidious: Lord Vader, rise.
Anyone else's heart break for the little slave boy who became a Jedi?

Emperor Palpatine: Lord Vader, can you hear me?
Darth Vader: Yes, Master. Where is Padme? Is she safe? Is she alright?
Emperor Palpatine: It seems in your anger, you killed her.
Darth Vader: I couldn't have! She was alive! I felt it! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Kinda goofy, but the scene was cool.  His anger, his anguish crushing all those objects in the lab.  And Sidious's smile.

Senator Amidala: I'm not going to die in childbirth, Anakin. I promise you.
Anakin Skywalker: No, I promise you.
And she wouldn't have, if Anakin hadn't broken her heart.

Darth Sidious: (to Separatists) I am sending you my apprentice, Darth Vader. He will... take care of you.
By putting his lightsaber thru your chests.

Padme Amidala: Obi-Wan, there is still good in him... there is... still..
She spoke the truth.
