I have been thinking about my friend Michelle the past few days. She passed away about two years ago. She had been an employee at the office where I worked before I started, and she was also a client. She would pop in every so often, just to say hello. She was a very sweet woman, and I am happy to say she was my friend.
Michelle loved unusual pens, and I was able to find one for her. It was a bubble blower and a stamper, as well as a pen. She absolutely adored it. Michelle, in turn, made ma a fish pin with alot of pink in it. It is in my medicine cabinet. (I know that sounds strange, but I keep the jewelry I wear in there because I put it on in the bathroom when I get ready in the mornings.)
Michelle also loved dragonflies. She had dragonfly jewelry, clothing, wind chimes, you name it. She kind of reminded me of one, always buzzing around so happily.
This morning, I was really thinking about her and how much I missed her. I opened the garage door to go outside and wait for the bus, and a dragonfly flew in! I almost started to cry. I feel that she was saying, "Thank you for thinking about me, and Hi!!!"
I told my boss what happened and she said that she has been thinking of Michelle alot these past few days as well. Every time I see a dragonfly, I think of Michelle. I believe she sends them to see me as a way of saying hello and that she is now okay.
I know that many people do not believe in signs, but I do. It just makes me feel better, knowing that our loved ones, although they are gone from Earth, still live on in our hearts.

I'm very sorry about your friend - did she leave this world early? She must have been young. When you get a chance there's a couple of articles about my mama I'd love for you to read. One is called Hello Mama. I don't know how to do links. They reminded me of this article and when you read it you'll know why I believe as I do and always have.
