Our group is at over 500 members in just under a week.  I can not believe it.   I have been so busy trying to connect with you all that I have had little time to write any reviews!  A good problem for us to have!  Please feel free to invite your connections to our group.  Reel 'em in!!!

I wanted to let you know that I am moderating the group, as I am wanting to keep the focus limited to movies and movie related content.

I always have the munchies when watching a movie, so I though it would be great to include snack recipes that we love. 

I will catalog for you, our monthly contributions in a news letter.  It is my hope that we can have the best movie group on Gather!!!

I hope that some of you movie lovers out there will be writing about documentaries. I usually find out about them on movie trailers on DVDs I rent. I'd love to hear any suggestions. Thanks for starting the group.

Sounds like an awesome group. A number of years ago, I won $200 in "film booty" from The Movie Show on Radio. But now they only give movie RENTALS as prizes! Still, you might want to check that program out on weekends. I'll have to do some reviews, one of these days. It's very heartening that there are more good movies coming along, especially family-friendly ones, if you seek them out. Thanks for the post, and may our numbers ever increase!

I hope I'll be able to contribute but I haven't seen any movies in a while except for those aired on TV. Maybe this will give me the incentive to hook up the DVD or even go out to the theater :)

Every day I post my movie pick for the night, I'd love to have more comments afterward if people watched, didn't, don't like that kind of movie etc.
