Robiyah As a kid we always dipped our fresh cut rhubarb in sugar. I'll have to give salt a try.

Robiya I plan to do more rhubabr based cooking this spring and summer. I've collected a bunch of recipes. A friend also adapted an apple crisp using rhubarb instead.

Rhubarb crisp is like apple crisp, only it requires a lot more sugar. Unless you like sour. Check out Betty Crocker - you know, the ageless, spiral-bound gal missing her front cover. And Lynn of "The Splendid Table" just did a show featuring recipes and uses for rhubarb confit and rhubarb syrup.
