I'm one month into this low-carb regimen and have lost exactly... um, zero pounds. It's not a surprise as I haven't been sticking to low-carb. I didn't gain weight, however, and that's encouraging to me. What change I have made is going to bed earlier, if I didn't stay up late watching TV or playing online, I also have less time to munch away on high-calorie snacks.
Next week's bad weather makes walking more a little difficult, but I will try.
