While vacationing in Cancun Mexico me and my wife, we thought we try Parasailing, so I headed towards the booth in the resort while my wife was still in the room sleeping and had to pick between harness or love seat, being very much in love I thought… How Romantic…! ”The Love Seat”

So later that afternoon we embarked on a small boat with 3 other couples, the Mexican boat pilot started cracking jokes about how it was his first day on the job .. which it did not make us feel any better being we were nervous to start with,

Soon after we cruised for 15 minutes we were asked by a crew member in what order the couples were going to Parasail, we took the second last ride, so we could ask the first two couples what they thought…well the first couple the poor girl was crying like a baby and terrorized and made everyone else want to jump of the boat and head for shore, soon it was our turn, we climbed into the “Love Seat”…yea right…!... more like “The Nightmare Seat” anyways the boat kicks in gear picks up speed, the parachute fills up of air pushing us off the rear end of the boat, I had the camera rolling the whole time capturing the beautiful scenery as we were climbing up to 200 feet my wife cussed at me and to everybody involved in this Parasailing business, the winds up there got stronger and stronger making are body’s slide from one side of the “Love Seat”  we were not strapped in (no straps)  the boat cruised around in an big oval shape and in the curves the centrifuge force added to the wind direction pressed us firmly against the side bars, we thought we were going to tip over falling out of the “Love Seat” 200 feet into the ocean, when we herd the crackling of the rope pulling us in back to the boat and we were still alive our hearts went back into our chest’s and finally it was all over when we arrived at shore we kissed the ground, some of our friends that were waiting at the bar immediately asked us how it went … well …I said; Don’t let the “Love Seat” fool ya…!
