-1 for putting Wednesday in the title and then later realizing it's Thursday. This is not starting out very well.
+10 for writing down the mindless drivel about my son's day care being a little Peyton Place. It was a little bit of fluff, but it had been rattling around in my head and driving out all other thoughts until I was able to spit the whole thing out. Whew. That's a relief.
+2 for the $572.51 my collections attorney has been able to seize to satisfy the judgment we have against the crooked contractor who nearly destroyed our house. It's a start. $572 down, $24,928 to go.
-5 for failing to eat the calorie-conscious lunch I packed for today and having pizza instead. Oh, well.
-5 for skipping the gym at lunch. It was raining. I shrink in the rain. Oh, wait, that's why I'm going to the gym -- to shrink. Oh, well.
+5 for a successful Pajama Negotiation with my son this morning, even if I did have to sing the Mickey Mouse Club song three times for him to get dressed.
+5 for clearing my cookies. Yeah me!
-5 for eating cookies after clearing cookies. Oh, well.
+5 for looking into Local Harvest and locating a Community Supported Agriculture farm near me. It will be +10 if I can persuade my husband to join.
Today's total? 12, one head cleared of a repeating joke, one properly attired toddler, one slice of pizza and uncounted cookies.
