Easy Shreadded Chicken Sandwiches
1 50 oz. can of "Sweet Sue's Boned Chicken" (I typically find this at Sam's Club)
2 14 1/2 oz. cans of Cream of Chicken Soup
1 sleeve of Ritz Crackers
Salt and Pepper
Buns
1. Mix chicken, soup and seasonings.
2. Place in slow-cooker on low.
3. Slowly add in crushed crackers as moisture appears during cooking. Usually about a sleeve from the box of Ritz will do it, sometimes more - sometimes less.
4. Cook on low for 2 to 4 hours or until is set to your preference.
5. Serve on buns.
VERY easy, REALLY good and a bit hit for potluck dinners in my neck of the woods. Usually my fiance ends up eating it on the Ritz crackers because he doesn't have the patience to wait to reheat. It makes a BIG batch... so it is a bit much for 2 people but soooo good!
