 Pearl 2U is the 1st Place Winner of this round, Excellent job...!

Tammy O is the 2nd Place Winner and great research...!

The Capper plant grows right in the rocky coasts of the mediterranean or any hot and dry regions, these plants find tiny crevices in the rock and flourish...but even more surprising is that the salty ocean winds burn any other plant in sight except the ones that have adapted.

The Capparis Spinosa, which is a bush grown mainly in dry heat & intense sun like the Mediterranean countries or California. It is where we get 'capers'.

Where do you live, Travis? The web site said they need dry heat and intense sun, you would have to be very south to grow them.

Might be too humid here in Big D, but I dunno..the middle of the summer can be horribly dry.

I think it is the kind of plant that grows all year. If so It would be too cold in the winter. I have never had them before and wonder if I would like them.
