Hi all--I got this from one of my yahoo groups. Haven't

tried it yet, but looks pretty cool.

Dragon Eggs
These eggs are look so hot, you would expect a dragon to hatch out of them. Thanks go to my daughter Jamie for coming up with this idea.

You need:

Hard Boiled Eggs
Yellow and Red
Food Coloring
White Vinegar
Small Glass Bowl
Spoon
Cooking Oil

Instructions:

Boil eggs. Pour 1/2 cup of vinegar in small bowl. Gently roll the egg in the vinegar and remove. Do not dry egg but set it back into the egg carton or other holder. Drop several drops of red food coloring on the top of the egg and and let it drip down the side. While still wet drip yellow food coloring in the spaces where the egg is still white. Let dry. Use a little cooking oil on a paper towel to polish eggs.

This is how we always colored eggs when I was a kid, but not with such a cool pattern!

Thank you for your posting...

Although according to my set rules for my group " "E" ~ Articles/Images That Start with the letter "E" (All subjects matter allowed...)" I have had to reject it.

In your case your article starts with the letter "D" Not "E", and like the rules say for this group the title must start with a "E".

I am also sorry for the delay of finally letting you know if it would be accepted or denied. I have finally got back to Gather after some time away. And I am trying my hardest to get through all my groups and the submitted pieces. I will be busy for at least a week if not longer.

Sorry once again for the delay.
