Todays Oprah show is killing me. I am watching it & sitting here bawling my eyes out. It is in reguards to parents/siblings of autism. It is parents talking about how it makes them feel about their child/brother/sister. One little girl was saying "I don't want people to be mean to her."
It is really sad. I think that autism is a real problem & we HAVE to find the solution to it. I can honestly say that I do not know much about it. It is breaking my heart. I'm a very sensitive person. I don't know how people are dealing with it. I guess it is like any type of disorder though. It would be tough. I want to give kudos, thoughts, & prayers to those of you whom have a child, brother, &/or sister that has this. I want to send more love to them, they probably have plenty, but you can never have enough of it. I will keep this in my prayers! I will now be going off of gather to learn more about autism. I need/will get to know more about it. I want to know more about it.

Autism is a developmental disability and known as a spectrum disorder - it is NOT a problem and finding a solution to it, what exactly does that mean?
Do not speak for me or my children please and it would be beneficial to not spam so many groups that have nothing to do with the topic of this article - seems way overboard to me.
My children are not scary - also autism is NOT a life sentence so get over it and stop being so melodramatic.
I'm sorry if I offended you or anyone else. Do you not agree that they need to find exactly what causes it & correct it if they can? Just like any other thing/disease/disorder.
It just makes me wonder, how many other cures do they have that they are not sharing?!
