The fifteen British sailors and marines that Iran had been holding for almost two weeks are now on a plane headed for London.
The British troops were patroling the disputed Shatt al-Arab waterway just north of the Persian Gulf. The Shatt al-Arab is claimed by both Iraq and Iran. Iran accuses the British naval patrol of having strayed into its territorial waters on March 23 when they were captured. Britain has maintained throughout the ordeal that the group of eight sailors and seven marines, including one woman, had been conducting a routine U.N. sanctioned operation in Iraqi waters.

Do you think it will ever stop? Wars, deadly games with Countries using people as pawns, it just seems to go on and on and never gets any better.
In any event, looks like they're all back on some sane footing and hopefully the recent stories about a launch on Tehran will turn out to be just that: 'disinformation stories.' I'm hoping that even Bush couldn't be that stupid.
