However, if ya'll could have seen me back in 1978, you would see the connection that I have with people such as Slash, Stevie Ray Vaughan and Eddie Van Halen. My hair was down to my shoulders, and I had a mean looking beard to boot.

Nowadays since I work in retail management, I have to keep a clean-cut and somewhat professional look.

Just a little bit about the background in this picture. My Dad snapped this photo in his backyard, which as you can see, is backwoods Kentucky. This was taken in Fulton County, Ky, which borders the Mississippi River.

I don't live there now, but I'm still within and hour or so drive.

Tim, very good pictures, You are a nice looking man, the background on the picture is nice as well. I have never been to Kentucky but from where I have visited in the south, I really loved it, the people are so friendly there. Thanks, for sharing yourself with us.

Uhhh...Hi Timothy! I adored Eddie VanHalen. I think he was one of the best guitarist that ever lived besides Eric Clapton. I used to live in Murray KY and I have been to Fulton Co. Many times. I had a good friend that worked at Goodyear Tire or whichever plant was there in Fulton or near.

Darcey...Yes..you got it mate. Scottish blood. My Dad did some research on our last name, and traced it back to a village in Scottland. My first ancestors came here back in the 1600's. And believe it or not, people have actually mistaken my accent for an Aussie..no joke mate. I've gotta get down there and check that place out sometime.
