I gave in and ordered this Pyruvyl Glycine Spray from T-Tapp.com last week, it allegedly curbs carb cravings. Got it tuesday and tried it out... The spray tastes like raspberries and does seem to make me want a starcy fix less. It's just too pricey at $40, even though I ordered it on a monthly sale date and got a second bottle free, it's still pretty expensive. I'll see if it'll keep working in a couple of weeks. Who knows, it might be purely psychological.
