This must be just after his regular visit to the salon. It definitely shows how caring for your personal appearance boosts your self confidence.

Nippy...Travis said that he spent about 200 bucks at the salon just before the meeting, then he dropped about 200 more off to the drug dealer who was standing on the street corner !
