Ok, I have to explain that I am still in my mind a newbie at Gather...I only have 90 points and joined a few weeks ago. I have only published like 6 articles and getting brave and doing more but I do reply many times a day.
I have like 75 groups or something that I belong to...so, when I publish and article and click on a group to post my article in and they reject it....is that a bad thing?
Apparntly I posted an article and about 4 groups declined my article. If you are one of the group monitors and I post this question in the wrong place....I am new and will eventually get the hang of it all.
Is it bad if my article is rejected? have ya'll ever been rejected??

Good luck and have fun.
NO WORRIES! It isn't how it was written at all!
So is it best to belong to groups that are not moderated?
what if I post to a group that the title just does not tell me what the group is about on my list? example: Emotions is a group on my list....what is that about?
LOL
yep...rejection sometimes makes me better and write better articles anyway.
If you have not yet already submitted this to my group called: "D" ~ Articles/Images That Start with the letter "D" (All subjects matter allowed...). Please do so...
But if you had sorry I have not approved it just yet... Fell kind of behind due to appointments so far this week... :)
Since I own a few groups I will tell you why I reject materials.
If you are a group member of one of my groups and I reject your article for the most part I will leave an article stating why at that time it was rejected. But normally it stems from not following the groups guidelines of what is acceptable of the group.
Now in regards to your question have any of us been rejected.. Heck yes... For just being dumb and posting things in the wrong group, to it was stated as rejected but it was more removed since the owner wanted to clean out the groups material...
Hope this helps...
Thanks Felicia for your tips as a group owner too.
No problem.. Hey we all need to make mistakes to realize what we should not do right??? :o)
Never feel bad about being rejected, though. It's rarely personal and it just makes you more like everyone else here.
